Abdul, Sultan, and Mike, the chief pillars of Beamery, recognized this early on and developed Beamery, the right place for both employers and employees as one.

Beamery works on recruiting skilled people with three main steps, Attracting, Engaging, and Retaining. Having a clear page accurately describing the unique need and essential role, makes it easy for the candidates to determine if they suit the position. Beamery helps companies design and carefully develop hiring events and career websites in a way that leaves every candidate feeling content. With proactive and intelligent automated processes, Beamery beats the competition and knows just the right thing to do to hire the perfect candidate. It also helps retain the internal candidate by engaging them in the recruitment process as referrals and by encouraging them to spread the positive experience.

Connect and Comply

Beamery has two other products under its wings, namely, connect and comply. Connect is the ultimate integration of everything under a centralized platform. Data unification, excellent user experience, robust infrastructure, easy dismissal of duplicate profiles, authorized access, all of this ensures complete connection and control of the recruiting board. Comply is compliance management through automated reports and database work flows. Both local and global data compliance is taken care of like, GDPR, Russian data protection act, and the Chinese cyber security law.
