Cbox Review and Overview
The Live Chat interface by Cbox is quite unique with some amazing features and utilities. The interface can directly be integrated into the site using the embedded tool. You can get a glimpse of their tool on their website page. Cbox plans are features via four main subscriptions. These are Cbox Free, Premium, Pro, and Pro+ plans.
Cbox Live Chat Interface
The free version here offers limited access to the chat features and storage space for only 100 messages. It has restricted access to 150 messages per day, 1000 visitors daily, and single-channel support. It has inbuilt abuse mitigation, ten custom filters, up to 30 emoticons, and Cbox watermark and ads. However, it has some typical chat features like avatars, box codes, and even auto-linking.
Cbox Chat Plans
Cbox Premium goes one step ahead and now includes support for about 1500 messages, and 10k visitors/day. This edition has ten channels with a limit of checking 500 messages. Additionally, we can now see the online users, offer registration for up to 1000 users, and email notifications too. In terms of moderation, it has messages deletion, user ban, archive messages, along with the addition of captcha codes, auto-bans, and SSL. Lastly, the watermark and ads are removed in this version. This plan costs $1.67 per month if paid annually.
Now in the Cbox Pro plan, it has more control and can host live events and other such conversations, and it costs $7.50 per month. This Plan is designed for 15k messages and over 100k visitors/day. It allows up to 100 channels and 10k registered users. The entire chat can be directly moderated with a keyword filter ban. Mods can even ban users based on country or proxy, use webhooks, and secure SSL interface.
Contrary to this, the final package Pro+ is meant for a large website with heavy traffic, supporting 150k+ messages and 1 million visitors per day. It has all the above features in each plan and has some advanced control interface. Cbox Embedded Live chat is great as free and paid chat software.
