They offer a very efficient search engine. Users can create a clean resource to make sure everyone stays on the same page.

Application programming interface

Knowledgeowl offers its API to build integrations, pushing and pulling information. Multiple API can be created for different purposes like get, put, post, and delete. When the changes are made in the account, get notified by subscribing to webhooks. Attach videos from third party video hosting tool. Also, upload videos to file library and embed in an HTML5 player. Files can be auto recovered if the user forgets to save it before leaving. A group of people can be restricted from reading an article.

Users can easily create a customized subdomain for knowledge base URL, and these URLs are always encrypted over a connection. People can set up a safe and secure domain by uploading their SSL information. Create a PDF of knowledge base and choose to include private articles and videos. Individual articles can be downloaded in PDF format.

File library

Add and upload as many files and images to the file library. The existing files can be edited in the library.
