Paymo has several useful planning features that assist the project manager in ideating the project in a simple way. The manager has to assign each step of the project in the form of tasks and set some of the tasks as milestones of the project to understand its progression. The completion of these tasks can be set as triggers for notifications, allowing the manager to keep track of the project. Additionally, templates are available for the tasks for convenience.
