Localized phone numbers offer an edge to big businesses by giving them a more personal and local feel. Access and call phones in over 70 countries with JustCall. This allows businesses to avoid massive tariffs and international dialing charges while providing an in-house company feel. These kinds of solutions are used by a lot of companies to gain trust among consumers, even while operating from a different part of the world.

Instant Local phone numbers

Get local phone numbers of your choice from 70 countries where JustCall has access. It also has some features like call recording to monitor the performance, porting existing numbers to JustCall, and send SMS to phone numbers in the area. It enables them to set up virtual call centers and mask the actual Caller ID with the one from JustCall.

It also features FAX service and allows the blacklisting of spam and bot calls so that businesses can save time and ignore such annoyances. You can also get toll-free phone numbers with the company names embedded within the number.

Call Forwarding feature and distribution

Team members can forward the calls from JustCall numbers to their primary phones to remain available during the commute. Distribute and update call forwarding rules easily and manage everything with a few clicks. Use an Interactive Voice Response system to pre-record and play responses for commonly asked queries.

You can choose how to ring the phones you have forwarded the calls – if its multiple phones, then it can be set to ring in a particular sequence or all at once. Use call queues to catch up on missed calls, forward to voicemail, and decide what to do with calls arriving after business hours.

It is also possible to have conference calls with team members and hold discussions and use the web-to-device calling feature to receive calls on PC via the internet or the phone.

Teams and collaboration facility

JustCall has excellent team collaboration features, including the use of call extensions – which allows reaching the team member using a 3-digit code while on the call. It is possible to share phone numbers with team members, and route calls to the team and on one or more phones using the feature. There is an Intra Team call feature to allow calls with your teammate for free.

It is possible to schedule calls through JustCall and let the software remind you, record these calls, add notes, and be simultaneously connected to team calls while you are dealing with a customer.
