Teamwork earlier known as TeamworkPM is an online project management tool that allows prioritizing and allocating tasks more productively. This Cork, Ireland based platform was first launched in 2007 to create easy to use project management software. It is not just a ‘to do list’ maker but is a complete, functional management software for managing projects, work logs, meetings, tracking, and file sharing. The tool functions on any server with any relational database and that it comes with team communication and time tracking tools for facilitating productive group work.
Different Editions
There are five editions on offer: Personal, Business 1, Business 2, Corporate, and Enterprise. Although all of them are available for a free trial, they differ in terms of price and features. The personal is the most basic plan with 5 projects support, 1 GB storage, and unlimited users. The other editions differ with more storage and projects.
You can enjoy Google Drive integration on last four plans, but Dropbox integration and Custom Domain hosting are available only on the Business 2, Corporate, and Enterprise plans. There is also a free plan that comes with support for 2 projects and 10MB space.

You can even control your task lists through custom task views, sorting and moving tasks, and task list templates. The tool also facilitates a bird’s eye view of project plans for managing multiple projects.
Milestone Tracking
This helps to ensure that your projects are on track. You can create milestones and view them on a calendar wherein completed, upcoming, and delayed milestones are marked. It is also possible to create private milestones, add multiple milestones at a time, generate notifications, and send e-mail or SMS reminders about the same.
File and Security Management
The tool allows keeping all project related documents in a single location for all related users. There is an uploader for uploading multiple files at once. There is an option to customize platform which can change in the look and feel of platform, change in logo and mobile app logos, connect company’s domain, control access for clients, change project name etc. However, some of these features are only available from Business 2 and above plans.
