It is very important to keep employees happy and encourage them, because the more an employee feels emotionally connected to the company – the more they work hard for the company. They do that extra amount of work if needed, for the success of the company.

Employee surveys
Employee surveys help the companies to get data to understand how the employees think and feel. It has 5 questions a week and measures 8 dimensions of the company's leadership culture – team spirit, mood, communication etc.
The surveys are designed based on scientifically approved formats from Fraunhofer Institute. Employees need a minimal amount of time to complete the surveys.
