Voxer

Voxer Review and Overview
Instant messaging apps are now getting quite popular. They provide better communication services than most traditional methods. These apps are readily used over most mobile devices as one of the primary means of communication.
Voxer is one such company that offers an instant messaging service. Started in 2007, they have provided many unique features in their messaging apps. The service supports both voice messaging as well as a push to talk feature. Voxer is available over most mobile devices supporting Android, Windows, or iOS.
Voxer Messaging and Business Product Features
Voxer offers its service in the form of an instant messaging app as well as other communication services for businesses. The basic features in the Voxer app are listening to the live or recorded audio, encrypted messaging, group chats, and multimedia support. These features are only part of the free version of the Voxer app.
In the Pro version of Voxer, users can get the voice to text transcription, unlimited message storing, message recalls, and walkie talkie mode. It even has a headset integration, Voxer Web, and secure UI. For big businesses, Voxer offers a simple business plan and an enterprise version too. As of now, they haven’t given any plans for separate SDKs and APIs.
In the Business edition of Voxer, they have a 14-day trial version. In here, we can create private networks, account controls, create new users, manage teams, and add admins. It even has the regular feature of the paid plans, as said above. The chats can be controlled by admins. Even broadcast chats and premium customer support is part of it.
As for the Enterprise Plans, we also get all business features and a dedicated cloud hosting. Other features are quite standard, as in the chat app. The chat is free for essential services, but the pro plan costs $3.99/month for individuals. The business plan is at $8.33/month per user.
Voxer has been supported and used by companies like Audi Silver car, Ford Gobike, Marriot, Westin Hotels, and Roto-Rooter. Voxer Web and App are both secured via SSL and encrypted protocols. In the case of using lock codes, the devices must be FIPS compliant. Voxer does offer sleek functions as an instant messaging app.
